Our University was the first of the 6 Russian Universities to become a member of Eurasia Pacific University Network (UNINET). The UNESCO-Associated Centre for Microscience Experiments is working here. Our University provides pre-university training in the Russian language for foreign students from all over the world. We have double programs with Liaoning Shihua University, China and are developing double degree programs with universities in Austria and Spain.
